I am an Associate Solicitor in our Commercial team and I am currently based at our Commercial office in Kettering.

Whilst currently based at our Commercial Office, I will often see clients at our Northampton office if preferred and I continue to deal with a large number of commercial property matters in the Northampton area.

I specialise in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property for business clients and Housing Associations. I act for both private clients and social landlords on a wide range of legal matters from land acquisitions and developments to shop leases, sales and purchases, shared ownership and affordable housing sales. I also assist clients in larger commercial property and land transactions.

I also have a wealth of experience in advising Housing Associations on the acquisition of property under the Government’s Mortgage Rescue and Syndicated Mortgage Rescue Schemes. I act for several clients in this regard and have been advising clients about the scheme since its introduction.

My approach is to provide clear advice and I base a huge emphasis on communication. I will also ensure that you are kept up-to-date with likely timescales, issues that may arise and of course general progress. My aim is to make the whole legal process as painless and straightforward for you as possible.
