I am a Partner and Deputy Head of our Commercial team and I am based at our Commercial office in Kettering.

I have many years of experience advising individuals, partnerships or companies in corporate and commercial matters. My particular areas of expertise include mergers, acquisitions and disposals, corporate finance and business structure. I am also a member of our Healthcare team acting for medical and dental partnerships.

I can also deal with all aspects of commercial property work including sales, purchases and leases.
