I am a Partner based at our Kettering office and I advise clients on all aspects of Wills, Probate, the Administration of Estates and the operation of Trusts.  I am the head of the Trusts and Charities Team.

I can advise on the making of standard and complex tax planning Wills and on the setting up of Trusts to administer funds. I have experience in dealing with applications to the Court of Protection and advise clients on the making of Powers of Attorney, to ensure that they are able to appoint someone they trust to help with their affairs.

I am a member of the Law Society’s Private Client Section and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. I am also appointed to the Court of Protection’s External Panel of Deputies.
