I have been the firm’s Practice Administrator since 2002 and I am based at our office in Northampton.

I am responsible for providing a generalist Human Resources service to all partners and staff that includes recruitment, training and development, and ensuring the firm complies with health and safety regulations.

I am also responsible for reviewing and renewing all general and health insurances, practising certificates and administering claims.

I act as the firm’s Partnership Secretary at Partners’ meetings.

I am a law graduate and Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
