I am a Partner in our Commercial team based at our Commercial office in Kettering.

I deal with partnership, company and commercial work, advising many businesses (predominantly family owned) with turnover ranging from £500,000 to £100m+.

I have a special expertise in medical and healthcare partnerships with a particular emphasis on the sale or acquisition of dental practices and the partnership changes that may be required.

I am a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners and a number of other Medico-Legal and Dental-Legal Groups.
