I am Deputy Senior Partner of QualitySolicitors Wilson Browne and Head of the East Northants offices based in Higham Ferrers and Wellingborough. I specialise in all aspects of Wills, probate, trusts and the protection of assets.

I advise many high net worth clients on tax efficient Wills and the best ways in which to ensure that their wishes are followed after their death. I advise clients in relation to complex estates and trusts and I act for a number of local charities and have a wealth of experience in the law relating to charities. I also work closely with our litigation team to set up trusts for clients who recover compensation for personal injuries or clinical negligence claims.

I am a member of the Law Society’s Private Client Section and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. I have been appointed to the Court of Protection’s External Panel of Deputies so I am able to help those who no longer have capacity and can act to manage their affairs whilst they are still alive.

I firmly believe in corporate responsibility. I am an active Rotarian, a Trustee of the University of Northampton Foundation Trust and represent the firm in The Business in the Community initiatives offering Pro Bono work to local Charities and Organisations.
