I am the Risk Manager at QualitySolicitors Wilson Browne.

I am responsible for developing our quality and LEXCEL systems and for ensuring compliance with them. My role brings me into contact with all of our staff and I provide key support to our lawyers to ensure that they can always deliver services to our clients in the way our clients want to receive them.

I used to work as a Customer Service Manager at the Legal Complaints Service so I understand what clients like and dislike about lawyers and can work with our teams to ensure that our client service is always improving.
