I am a Partner in our Litigation team and am based at our Northampton office.

I specialise in contested probate claims and acting for housing associations in proceedings against anti-social tenants.

I can help if you have a dispute over the terms of a Will or wish to make a claim against an Estate. I help clients to make claims under the Inheritance Act when dependants have not been properly provided for under a Will or when no Will has been made.

I also do a lot of work for social landlords to obtain injunctions or possession orders when tenants have breached the terms of their tenancy agreement or caused harassment to others.

I am currently a member of the firm’s Board of Management.
