I am a Legal Executive based at our Leicester office.

I can assist with all aspects of your property transactions including purchases and sales, whether this might be a family home or an investment property, including advising on mortgages, transfers of ownership between family members or others for whatever reason and other property issues.

I have over 20 years’ experience in advising on conveyancing transactions and am also happy to deal with development properties (newbuild), shared ownerships, leasehold property, and key worker properties.

I understand the pressures placed on parties during the conveyancing process and will work hard to ensure matters progress as smoothly as possible. I aim to provide full advice and information together with progress updates throughout the transaction.

I am a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
