I am an Associate in our Commercial team and I am based at our office in Leicester. I have experience in all aspects of commercial real estate work from routine to complex and high value, I am comfortable in handling all types of commercial property matters.

Having worked for a legal 100 law firm in a senior capacity for a number of years, my experience includes representing several major banks on property funding as well as acting for a number of commercial, industrial and residential developers and investors advising on site acquisition and disposal and Landlord and Tenant matters.

I offer a unique service for clients to ensure that all aspects of the transaction are considered right through from inception when heads of terms are discussed, to negotiating documentation on your behalf, advising on the adequacy of the property as lending security and completion.
